Projects, designs, simulations, developments, revisions and work scheduling are performed directly within our technical department. Our designers, using the latest generation technology MASTERCAM, thanks to the experience and expertise in the mechanical sector, develop and implement programming and machine design that guarantee the correct and compliant realization of the finished parts according to the demands and respecting the dimensional constraints and finishing imposed. This technology is also used by us on quotation stage, for large pieces in order to offer a correct economic quotation as proof of our professionalism and transparency with all of our partners. We can manage and deliver any graphics file format with any three-dimensional development. Our attention to detail and our warranty of professionality is guaranteed and demonstrated by us already in the development phase for each of our client's project.
To supplement the mechanical workshop, we are equipped with an internal carpentry area, furnished with welding wire, electrode and TIG welding that allows us to make specific small / medium size (3.4 meters of space) that give additional flexibility to our company providing a product worked and built entirely by us. This prerogative is very appreciated and used by many of our customers allows us to provide carpentry and structures completely finished and refined. If we add to this aspect the possibility to provide any surface treatments such as zinc plating (hot or cold), painting (liquid or powder), our range of products and processes is wide, allowing our customer to have a "turnkey" product. This whole range of our small / medium fabrication can be guaranteed and certified by us, providing on demand, structural material, welding and mechanical finishing, certifications. The handling of these items is ensured by the use of appropriate and dimensioned lifting equipment (cranes, flags embossed, forklifts).
Upon completion of our supplies, we are able to deliver the material complete of any treatment the customer's request. Internally we are equipped with a small oven with chamber dimensions 500x500mm useful, for hardening up to 60 Rockwell. Then relying on our external partners we can achieve the following treatments:
In order to ensure our customers more service and a "turnkey" product, our domestic production has an area designed for the storage and assembly of small-medium groups that are delivered ready for installation and testing at our end customer. This activity allows us to "ease" our customers in the management of the warehouse components. The storage and assembly allows our customers to be able to rely on a stock always ready and available depending on the pre-established schedules. The realization of in design components, is completed with our flexibility in the materials purchase to complete commercial groups and supplies.
To cope with the increasing requests for full details of surface grinding, especially in the food and beverage industry, DE PIERI it is equipped to ensure independence and flexibility of internal production, with a machine designed, made and created for grinding flat surfaces up to a maximum length of 1200mm (see section "Machine fleet"). The high load capacity and the size of the working plane, allow us the realization of this finishing phase directly inside the company, ensuring to our customers speed of response and very fast delivering as it is not linked to external machining.
We realize with the use of appropriate and suitable equipment every type of drilling through, threaded, countersunk, etc.. Distinguishes our company the opportunity for drilling "deep", on any type of material. With the proper use of appropriate bits called technically "gun" and with the correct drilling procedure, we are able to perform drilling to to a depth of 1000mm, with diameters ranging from a minimum of 4mm to a maximum diameter of 28mm. The possibility of being able to perform and to realize this type of machining on pieces in the drawing is now widely appreciated and required by our. Customers on specific production and printing presses especially in the automotive sector.
To ensure a turnkey product, our production is equipped with an automatic vertical SLOTTING that allows us to make keys reaching a maximum depth of 300mm and a maximum size of step machine up to 600mm. Through the automatic movement of the head, we were able to perform even sticks with a width of 80mm. This machine, allows us to carry out this type of processing, sometimes difficult to find in an external workshops, providing to our costumers a finished product with very short lead times. This work can be done by us on any type of ferrous and non-ferrous material.
Where finished pieces are dimensional checked in order to ensure and guarantee the quality is in compliance with the parameters required by our customers. All inspections are carried out by our fully trained inspectors using measuring machines which are calibrated in accordance to UNI REGULATIONS. The cutting edge fully variable measuring arm used for our inspections has an arm that can reach a distance of 2.5 meters which gives a total radius of 5 meters. The unit is also very mobile as includes a set of wheels for ease of mobility, and retainers for stabilization once it is in place. This means pieces that are too large or heavy to be transferred to the inspection room can still be inspected to the same high standard. Also we have an Electronic Height Gauge, with metrological control which has a total working height of 600mm, using a variety of calibrated pointers for high-definition measurements. Each measuring instrument has a computer program that manages the creation of reports and is saved as a computer file. We can on request, once all of the measurements have been completed and verified, print a self-certification document showing the entire report of any measurements, in order to give further assurance to our customers.
